Matthew Grey, LCSW

Matthew is a graduate of Stockton University and received his master’s in Social Work at Ramapo College of New Jersey. Upon graduating, Matthew began his career at Care Plus, a large outpatient community mental health center in Paramus, NJ where he obtained a wide range of experiences in community mental health such as substance use and recovery, family and marital conflict, mental illness such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and childhood issues impacting adulthood. Matthew received training and am skilled in structural family therapy, emotion-focused therapy for couples, the CRAFT model for families with addiction, and the Person of the Therapist model. In additional to clinical work, Matthew is also a clinical supervisor, educator, and public speaker.

Katherine Coleman, LPC, LCADC, ACS, CCS

Katherine began her work in the field of psychology in 2006 as she was obtaining her undergraduate degree. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Honors Psychology. She received a Masters in Education and a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Teacher’s College of Columbia.

Katherine began her work in the field of psychology in 2006 as she was obtaining her undergraduate degree. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Honors Psychology. She received a Masters in Education and a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Teacher’s College of Columbia.  As Katherine was completing her education, she gained experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse care facilities.  These included agencies such as Summit Oaks Hospital, High Focus, Daytop, and Turning Point.  In 2013 Katherine began working with Care Plus, NJ with the goal of expanding and improving the offering of care for individuals with substance use and mental health needs.  She has worked during that time to obtain additional licenses which have enhanced her knowledge and specialization in the field.  Her licenses include Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS).  During her time in the field Katherine has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience with a variety of individual and family needs which include emotional difficulties, substance use, family and relationship conflicts, and trauma history.  In addition to providing therapy, Katherine works as a clinical supervisor and educator.
